Excellent seaweed soupFeb 28, 2010

I personally can't handle the strong iodine taste of seaweed but my children love it and really raved about this soup I ordered for them. They say it isn't too salty and love the abundance of seaweed in it plus the flavors of soy sauce and ginger. They will eat seaweed straight like it is candy so additional flavor isn't necessary for them but they say these flavors are a good addition. It is easy and quick to prepare and makes about 4 generous servings. They would eat it everyday if I could keep it stocked in the cupboard long enough!

Very tasty! I made this for my 14 month old with diced extra firm tofu and she gobbled it up. She only has 4 teeth and everything cooked up soft enough for her to eat. It's a dish infants, toddllers and adults would love! I chose not to get ones flavors that included noodles because i thought it was an nutrient less filler. This flavor does not include anything artificial and no preservatives...it's all natural. Would highly recommend this product.
