Has excellent smell, excellent on salads and for cooking. The previous person said this is a premium quality olive oil from Spain. What that has to do with the quality is beyond me? You can call a product anything you want to but a name does not effect its quality. This a a excellent product and perhaps the other poster thinks only quality EVO come from Italy. Not true and this product is a great example. "Aceite de oliva español es excepcional"

With a name like Italica, one would assume the olive oil would be from Italy. Not at all, it' a " product of Spain", which is not the same.
