Out of the 8 disks 2 would not function......I would like to know how I can get two replacement disks as these are not cheap.

I ordered the box of 8 and 3 came unformatted. My computer tech tried to format them for me and they are just not formattable. These are not cheap and I was disappointed in the quality. So I have 5 instead of 8 and cannot send back the bad ones--the full 8 have to be sent back (I needed them).
This is a dinosaur, but some individuals still like to have that hard disk in the hands and files.
It would be nice if Amazon would send me the 3 replacements

Good thing about this 250MB SLEEVE is that it is compatible with both my Mac and PC. My need for a zip disk was because I needed a reliable handy archive and backup for my files. I just decided to go head on and plug in because I was never keen on instructions that are usually full of tech jargon. On inserting it I realized there was no need for the instruction manual at all, because the set-up program took care of everything.
The read-write speeds were pretty cool for a fair price.
A handy, dependable zip which is just enough to be my data archive / store.

This sleeve is all-sufficient. Backup n storing is awesome and the password protection lends the smartness. Nice and safe to fling into my bag and move.
