I have tried it a couple of times on various foods. It has the distinct Wasabi Horseradish flavor, however somewhat sub-dued from regular Wasabi sauce.

Again I have found a real winner. My customers (Waba Grill in Yucaipa) just eat this stuff up. They go through a bottle a day. Tastes great, not to strong, and goes excellent with my chicken teriyaki. I just wished it came in bigger bottles. I will be shopping on line to find "Industrial" size bottles. (If I can)

Could not find the usual brand of Wasabi Horseradish that I usually used, so thought I would give this one a try. Sure glad I did, won't be going back to the old brand. I love to mix this with Ranch Dressing for my salad! Yummy!

Your Tuna sandwiches will never be the same! I mainly use it to spice those up and I highly recommend this product.
