great product.Jun 02, 2008
By Karla D. Thompson This is a super fine sugar that is fantastic. They also told me from the manufactures that there is no gluten, soy,or dairy in this caster sugar. Thats always good news for allergy people. Will buy again.

Price too highDec 09, 2009
By S. Taves Going over my list of baking recipes for this Xmas season, I came across a recipe that specifically asked for caster sugar. Since I was making this recipe for the first time I purchased the caster sugar. At around $4.50/lb it is very pricey for a sugar product. Further research at cooking websites and blogs, I found that many people use regular granulated sugar with acceptable results.
Just what I wantedMar 08, 2011
By C. Cotter I was disappointed to find caster sugar is not available at grocery stores in the US having grown up cooking with it. I wanted to make fairy cakes and a victoria sponge cake for my son's birthday so I purchased this online. It is well packaged and arrived intact. My cakes turned out perfect!
