I bring this soup to a boil, add two tablespoons of polenta or farina, pinch of salt and cook for 5-7 min. Lovely-warm lunch or dinner.

Very good soup considering it is coming out of a box. I happen to love a particular Thai soup made with chicken, coconut milk, lemongrass as main ingredients. This soup is reminiscent and so I like it very much. I don't taste much corn, but that's okay for me.

I was disappointed in this variety, mostly because this company makes great soup. A little more corn, a little less lemon.... I just couldn't get the lemon pledge sensation out of my head. Too bad, really love their acorn squash, tomato, and sweet potato versions.

I love this soup, but I love corn, coconut and lemon. The soup is thick, creamy and tasty. I rate this soup as excellent. My husband likes corn, coconut and lemon also, but he just rates it as OK. It is a matter of taste. If you like an aromatic soup with an unusual taste, than this is the soup for you. It is just a matter of taste.

I have never tried any Imagine products and maybe it a the combo of corn and lemongrass but this soup tastes like Castile soap! Tried to doctor it up but threw it out.
