This is the best soy nut butter because it is crunchy and feels like you are eating peanut butter. Oil sometimes goes to top when you initially open it but doesn't bother me. Buy this if you are allergic to peanut butter.

My son has a peanut allergy so we had to find a substitute for peanut butter. This product tastes pretty close to the real thing, and I think it's actually slightly healthier. I'm really glad that Amazon now sells this by the case, because my local grocery store was charging way too much for this product and my son was consuming it like crazy. It was getting very expensive to feed him and very inconvenient running to the grocery store constantly. Amazon has now solved both problems.

This is the best gluten free, peanut free, and tree nut free,dairy free soy based butter on earth. It tastes awesome and is safe for schools, requires no fridgeration and is a healthy substitute to peanut butter. I buy this all the time & it is available in creamy, chocolate and un-sweetened varities. I LOVE this & so does my family; we never buy anything else due to allergies of peanuts & gluten. Nutritional facts are; calories 190 for 2 tbsp, total fat 14 grams, sodium 100 mg, zero cholesterol, zero trans fats, protein 7 grams, fiber 4 grams and sugar 4 grams. Its delicious with a honey taste so yummy you can eat this straight with a spoon from the jar. This is identical to the creamy variety except it's crunchy with specks of roasted soy nuts for texture. It is made from NON GMO roasted soybeans and has no trans fats. 5 stars on this brand !

i love peanut butter, but my wife is highly allergic. of coarse i can eat as much as i like but then it's decontamination time for me and the kitchen. now we have two children and they can spread p.b & j from here to timbuktu. i first saw "i.m. healthy" soy nut butter (maybe 10 yrs ago) at a natural foods store and brought it home for my wife to try. she loved it and has been eating it almost daily. the kids, we were afraid, might have the same peanut allergy so we started them out with the soy nut butter. in time we discovered they are not allergic to peanut butter at all but are allergic to tree nuts. (weird huh?) so they've been eating the soy nut butter too, they like it much more than peanut butter. i myself have been gradually changing over to the soy nut butter and eat it all the time! it's better than peanut butter on things like apples and celery.
btw~ the containers are great for odds and ends like nuts and bolts, loose change or even other food. (wash by hand though they warp in the dish washer)

This is by far my favorite brand of soynut butter. It tastes yummy and most important the oil doesn't separate out from the nut butter, so when I open the jar the oil doesn't drip all over; doesn't require stirring up; it's just ready to eat!
