This concentrated Egg Nog Extract is difficult to find, but well worth the effort. I have been drinking the "Home Mix Gourmet Egg Nog" by Rainbow Flavors since the late 1990's. I like it more mild than the instructions suggest; Try 5 to 8 drops in an 8 oz mug of milk with a scant tsp of sugar and microwave 2 min on high. Delicious--it even foams slightly!!
