Wonderful product, SUPER high price!Apr 19, 2008

These can be purchased in most markets that carry hispanic products for about 79 cents a can. This price is outrageous unless you wait for a deal.
It is a wonderful Salsa Verde, though. I used it when I lived in Mexico and would 'doctor' it with some garlic and a little extra onion. I really couldn't tell the difference between it and my homemade version. It's fabulous with pork, especially riblets (have your butcher cut the ribs into 2 inch pieces for you.
But definitely wait for a sale.
