Finally a wholesome pancake that taste goodMay 30, 2007

this is a high-quality pancake mix that does not taste like it's coming from a box. If you sat down at home and said I want to make a multigrain good tasting pancake you could be proud if you came up with this mix. It's easy to make. Works really well with real Maple syrup.

Yummy!Nov 05, 2007

I first made a batch of these with water, and they were good. The second batch I made, I used milk and they were great! Very flavorful and due to the fiber content the pancakes kept me full much longer than Bisquick pancakes do.

Delicious and easy to makeJul 13, 2007
By Howard Hoffman I was originally planning on joining nutrisystem, but I saw that the best breakfast items on their menu were pancakes and eggs, both which I can make myself at a fraction of the price. This mix is easy to use. For a single serving I use 1/2 cup mix, 1/2 egg (I use quick eggs) and 3/8 cup water. I mix it with a fork in a mug or small bowl and fry it in olive oil (don't use extra virgin, use regular). Sometimes I make a quick coulis in the same pan with a little water and some frozen berries. Quick and easy, low-cal, high fiber... what more can you ask for.
