5Good taste and low sodiumFeb 13, 2011

This particular Chili is only 70 grams of sodium per serving (2 servings per can) as compared with Healthy Valley's "low sodium" varieties which are about 490 grams per serving.
A big difference for those of us who have high blood pressure.

I regularly purchase this chili. You can heat and eat or add to soup or stews if you like. Great addition to your already healthy diet of low sodium and organic ingredients. I suggest you try it. L. Smith, NC

This chili gives vegetarian a bad name and its not because it has no salt added. This stuff just taste bad.

3To much sugarMar 14, 2012

I love that the salt is really low and it had a decent flavor, but its just to sweet for me. I won't be buying again.

Who puts 22 grams of sugar into a can of chili? Have you ever had sugary-sweet chili? Barf. I guess from now on I have to check every can of chili to see how much sugar is in it.

What's next? Salty cookies? If you love chili and you are looking for a vegetarian option, steer clear of this culinary monstrosity.
