 A Hearty Minestrone With A 'Beany' FlavorMay 03, 2012

The low sodium doesn't bother my tastebuds at all, and I'm a semi-salt addict, but the broth of the soup has a 'beany' flavor that becomes more unnerving with each can. On the plus side this Minestrone is heartier than other Minestrones I have tried: I have just have to mix it with other soups to lessen the 'beany' taste. 3.75 Stars.

I like this Minestrone. There is a lot of vegetable in the can. Low sodium very nice I don't like a lot of salt. Thank you Health Valley,
