I am quite fond of these bars. They aren't full of nasty ingredients like most commercial cereal bars. The only downside is that they don't fill me up at all. They are good as a snack, but I can't eat these for breakfast without being hungry soon afterwards.

I've had these before: the apple and strawberry flavors are a delicious/healthy alternative to poptarts. Kids would love them.
