I love both the 14 Garden Vegetable Soup and the plain Vegetable Soups (no salt and low salt varieties) that Health Valley produces because they are truly vegetarian, without pasta or rice or any other non-leafy product. Best of all, they don't contain MSG or any other chemicals and are truly delicious. They don't require any doctoring, but I sometimes crush Inka plantain chips into them to give them a crunchy cracker texture without the gluten. I have taken both Health Valley soups and a can opener, and St. Dalfour Gourmet Meals on the Go with me when I do road trips in order to avoid the awful roadside garbage that franchise restaurants call food. You can heat them in a glass or plastic bowl in a motel room's microwave oven or eat them right out of the can. Either way, they're good.

Great mix of vegetables, low salt, fat free, organic.
Not to spicy, not to bland. They got the mix of spices just right
as a long time meat eater ( i have been addicted to cow for years)
this "healthy eating" thing is new to me
I really didn't think this soup would be very good
WOW, I was plesently surpised

a good, healthy product but I was sorely disappointed in the condition of the cans upon opening the package: The 12 cans were packed in neat rows in a shallow cardboard box, and wrapped in plastic, but each and every can was dented, some quite badly. Guess I could have returned them, but instead checked for air leaks by immersing in a tub of water and found none. wouldn't order again. should have been tightly packed in a smaller box to avoid shifting, I guess.Health Valley Organic Soup, Vegetable with Salt, 15 Ounce Cans (Pack of 12)
