Tasty and convenient. Great for kids and teenagers.Nov 07, 2011

Fairly tasty and convenient. Great for kids and teenagers. Barely enough for an adult and I would not want to eat this too often. But fine for an occasional quick lunch or even as a side dish. Might be a bit salty for some. Tastes pretty much like you'd expect. Tiny bits of meat add something. Be sure to let 'em sit for the extra 3 minutes (or longer) after microwaving (as instructed) so sauce can thicken properly.

Was a great value with free shipping!Sep 12, 2011

This stuff tastes just like Hamburger Helper from the box, that you've made with your own meat, milk and simmered for 15 min. The pieces of hamburger are small and the texture isn't too terribly bad, which I expected. The instructions don't have you stir in the middle of cooking, but we have found that you do need to once, or we end up with some over-cooked pieces (which might be our microwave - as our wattage is very low and we have to cook it a little longer.)

Tastes good, wish it was a little biggerMar 31, 2011
By David Alexander I love the taste of this stuff, but one cup isn't much food. It is a good size for a small kid, but not an adult. Super easy to make, although they have boiled over a couple times in the microwave. I just set it for a little less time and it was fine.

"Burglar Helper"Mar 01, 2012
By Jimmie L. Riegel, Jr. My children always called Hamburger Helper "Burglar Helper". Anyway, I'm currently in Afghanistan and this is a pleasant change from the military dining facilities and so easy to make...add a little hot sauce and you're good to go.
