This has positively frightening potential for addiction. Spicy, crunchy, and with enough protein (20% by weight) that you can rationalize it as "not really junk food" despite the fact that it's salty and fried. It has a cayenne tang that I enjoy, but that won't suit all munchers. And, if it matters to you, none of the ingredients have laboratory names.
If you like the flavors of Indian food, this could become a serious snacking issue for you. There's only one way to find out - if you dare.

This is a cripsy snack for those who love spice and tang. Not for the faint of tongue. Big hit at a potluck, and great to throw atop salads, sandwiches, and blander foods.
