Love this orgainc sugar. Very fine powered grain just like 10-x sugar but better since it's organic. Makes great icing, or use to dust cookies or cakes. This is just like any other powered sugar just organic.
Top has resealable lock like ziplock bags, much beter than the old boxes of powered sugar.

I think the sugar is pretty good, no complaints of the product, tastes great, if you do not heat it. Very granular once heated and will require melting the sugar completely over heat to remove the granular texture.
It is very lumpy and will require sifting to obtain what you need for deserts. great in whipping cream, ice cream, frostings glazes etc...
I felt good knowing I have given my kids deserts that are not full of chemicals. No better way of showing people how much you love them than by giving them pure, delicious food, including healthy quality deserts. Yes I said healthy deserts, if you include fruit, whole grains, eggs and milk in your deserts you are taking care of the sugar craving as well as sneaking healthy food in. Try a homemade cereal bar made with organic sugar. YUM.

powdered sugar is something that you don't really like having around but you do need it for at least frosting and ice cream
