I originally was introduced to Hot Squeeze by the owner at a benefit; she served a pork tenderloin grilled and finished with Hot Squeeze. It was an instant hit with our table and each of us left with our own bottle. Since then, I have purchased it at Whole Foods, Cooks Warehouse, Harris Teeter and Fresh Market. The Amazon price is hard to beat and it's delivered to your door. The website gives great recipes--and my favorites include the pork, drizzled on goat cheese, added to salad dressing and as a fabulous dipping sauce for Trader Joe's Lemon Grass Chicken Stix. It's become a table staple with fish tacos and black bean burgers at our home. I guarantee you will love it!

"Hot Squeeze" Sweet Heat Chipotle Sauce is a wonderful experience for the palate. It is spicy sweet upon first bite with a nice heat left behind. We purchased at the Metro Food Expo in the fall and went on the "Hot Squeeze" website to find out how to purchase more of this condiment that is great on everything we have tried. I purchase a double six-pack ( Yes,12 bottles) and am enclosing a bottle in my Christmas gifts so that we can spread the word! Absolutely great on grilled foods, crackers, sandwiches and vegetables of all kinds. Trust me when I tell you, order more than one bottle, you're going to be hooked instantly!

I find myself in agreement with most of what has been said but felt the need to further make mention that this is a very sweet product almost honey like in consistency and sweetness ,but Ahh what sweet heat! Having said that I love this stuff ,I too cannot remember where I first bought it and revisited all stores in my range looking for more .
Simply put the flavor is wonderful, sweet , slightly smoky ,And a mild kick that lingers gently .
I have had so much fun using it as a base. For a twist on pulled pork ,And even mixing with ketchup, a splash of Tabasco habanero sauce, for french fries and Onion rings ( great! ) I have used it as a base for dressing an avocado salad.This product mixes well with other sauces like Franks or even Soy to cut the sweetness or to add depth, It also stands beautifully on its own, with its own unique character. Try it have fun .I think you may also wish to explore ways to use this as I have .
A wonderful product .I expect to see it on more shelves in the future

This is fantastic. I went to a wine and food festival in Atlantic City, NJ and found the owner selling it there. She gave us some cream cheese and crackers with this on it and since I like hot stuff brought a bottle. Of cause I'm running out and just went to their website to buy more and of cause wouldn't you know it. They have a note on there that one can buy it on Amazon...duh...should have thought of that initially. What doesn't Amazon not sell? Will be ordering next week and everyone else, you have to try it. I just had some on flounder, it was great.

I am so glad I stumbled upon HOT squeeze at one of my markets. I loved it so much, I went back for more, but couldn't remember where I first saw it. Thanks to the Internet, I am ordering a 6-pack. It is a great combination of sweet and heat, with a wonderful smoky back note that moves around your mouth. I use it alone, and sometimes add it to other sauces and flavors. Always delicious. Never dull!
