Best Non-fat Dressing EVAHMay 29, 2007
By CatBookMom We've been using this mix for nearly 20 years, but it's becoming almost impossible to find in the supermarkets. The price for this big pack is good, and I'm glad to find a good supplier of our favorite dressing.
Make this with balsamic vinegar instead of regular white or apple vinegar, and you have a great dressing with lots of flavor.

Best Fat Free Dressing mixSep 12, 2008
By Bamo Amazon is the only place I can find this dressing mix, since my local grocery carries only the regular Good Seasons brand mixes. We love this dressing mix and use it every day. I've even used it when making tuna salad so that I can use less mayo. I've also used it for pasta salad. It's great. Tasty and best of all it's fat free.

A BETTER BUY THAN IN THE GROCERY STORESApr 18, 2008

What makes it fat free is not adding oil to it or a smaller amount of oil. I have cut it in half and find the taste is just as good. Increase the water a little.
It seems like the same Good Seasons Italian seasoning mix. I have found that the Vinegarette I make with this mix tastes so much more fresh and has a lot let additives and preservatives in it and that is a good thing in my opinon.
You can change the taste, depending on what kind of vinegar you add. I have added, Red-Wine Vinegar, White-wine Vinegar, Apple-Cider Vinegar and even Balsamic Vinegar at different times and it all tastes wonderful. I will never buy bottled vinegarettes again, when I can make homemade with this mix in no time at all that tastes so much better than commercially bottled. We prefer Good Seasons mixes it to other house brands sold. And the fact that it is conveniently delivered to my door..... is an extra plus!!!

Good Seasons Fat Free Italian DressingNov 05, 2010
By Tamster This dressing is great if you're on a diet plan. THe Fat Free version of the dressing has a thickener in it since you use water rather than oil. I happen to use balsamic vinegar and it's not only great for salad, but I use it in making my pasta as well. Hard to find in stores. Ecstatic that Amazon has the connection to provide this to me!
