delicious low-cal comfort on winter days... or any day!Jan 14, 2012

This fantastic chai is the real deal. Even my Indian friends love it and asked me for the brand name! It has a rich, soothing taste that is perfect in times of stress or on cold winter days. I keep a box at work and several boxes at home, so I'm never without it.
Try it with a high quality french vanilla creamer, such as Hershey's (made with real whole cream). Only 35 calories per serving.

As an avid milky tea drinker, I find a tea I like, drink it 3 -5 times a day for years then tire of it suddenly and change.
I can only review flavor.
For years, I varied between Earl Gray, Lady Jane Grey and Constant Comment. Then I fell in love with Chai, but found some chais too strong.
This chai was a good introduction for me.
One benefit of chai is less sugar is required. The vanilla helps to soften the cinammon flavor.
Soothing and SpicyOct 27, 2011

I was looking for a decaf chai tea and found this Decaf Vanilla Chai Tea which was even better. The addition of vanilla really enhances all the other spices and makes this tea sort of soothing. The ingredients include: decaffeinated black tea, natural flavors, chicory root, cardamom, ginger root, nutmeg, black pepper, star anise, cloves, panax ginseng leaves and vanilla extract. I like that I can drink this in the evening and not be awake all night. I think it is perfect with two tablespoons of dry milk and a packet of stevia. You could also use milk or cream to make a more authentic chai tea.

Fabulous chaiMay 14, 2011
By Diane Sklensky This is my favorite chai - and I love that it's available in decaf. I grew up in Good Earth's neighborhood in CA and it can be harder to find in places such as Ohio and Tennessee.
This tea is delicious but is it gluten freeDec 11, 2010
By Brian Bugbee This tea is delicious and I put honey and lactaid milk in it. I am intolerant to gluten so before I continue drinking this I have to know if this is gluten free. Most tea companies are now putting gluten content on their packages because there are so many people with this problem.I recommend that Good Earth do the same.
