Gifts of Nature; Great Gluten Free Cookie MixOct 27, 2011

I notice there aren't any reviews for this company. All I can say is that in 2000, when I was diagnosed with cd, Gifts of Nature was one of the few sources of GF mixes, and I loved their cookie mix from the start.
I order the Fancy Cookie mix whenever I have a yen for shortbread: I also use it for sugar cookies. I have many times made gf sugar cookies from scratch using different recipes, not always successful, but I could always get a great batch from this mix!
Support the small companies that started the gluten free wave; Bisquik is fine in a rush but Gifts of Nature (and my other small company favorite, Authentic Foods), is made with better and healthier ingredients, more proteins, and by buying from them you support small business. I only wish I could buy from them directly: the shipping costs make it too expensive, so I have to go through Amazon...
