I just Had the GIA RUSSA Whole Wheat Medium Pasta Shells, and they were Great! I order them and in just few days they were at my doorstep. I made "Shells and Cheese", First I boiled the Shells in water (no salt) I smeared 4-5 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce on the bottom of a Pyrex Grip-Rite 8 inch Square Baking Dish also purchased from Amazon.com, three Kinds of Cheese: Cottage, Parmesan and Mozzarella
With a little chopped Ham, Onions and Green Bell Pepper pre-sauteed, another couple Tablespoons of Marinara Tomato Sauce here and there and a Topping made of Bread Crumbs little Cheese and Olive Oil, put it in the Oven... and was that ever GOOD! They are Big 1 lb Boxes and a lot of Shells, we only used half a Box for the four of us. These whole Wheat Pasta Shells has to be the Best ones we ever had!...Really, ask my Sister!
