Very disappointed. I went by the picture and description. I should have read the reviews. This is not the same as someone else stated. It has creamer with partially hydrogenated oil in it. I don't want that stuff. I wanted the same as what is in the can that looks the same. Won't buy this again - doesn't even taste close to the other stuff.

This product is fine. I wanted hot chocolate mix that is made with milk this the general hot cocoa mix that you mix with water. Good but not the same product - be more careful than me and order the one you want.

Ridiculously good hot cocoa. You taste the signature Ghiradelli chocolate, not some sugary sweet artificial flavor. Marshmallows optional, great for mochas too!

I was expecting the hot chocolate that you make with milk. This is a regular mix that you add water too. The flavor is no where near as good as the one I got before. The package looks the same and you can't read the fine print online to see that it's a different cocoa. My kids enjoy this, but I like the other one.

This is totally different from the mix in the can, even though they have the same title "Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Hot Cocoa Mix, Double Chocolate".
This mix has particle-like powder, feels like sand, and the mix in the can (Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Hot Cocoa Mix, Double Chocolate, 16-Ounce Tins (Pack of 4)) is more real, which is powder-like powder (the powder will stick to your dry finger if touch it.)
For the taste, this one is not as thick & smoothy as the mix in the 16oz-can.
Try the mix in the can (Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Hot Cocoa Mix, Double Chocolate, 16-Ounce Tins (Pack of 4)) and you will see the difference.
