By coolhand don Conch fritters, Taste like MORE!!! Fresh , clean product. If you like good eats get this product and get a good conch fritter receipe and you will be in taste heaven. Not easy to get and too expensive in most stores. So hats off to amazon for another great product. Oh, get yourself a good dipping sauce to go with it. I like crumbled blu cheese and mayo with a little salt and pepper. Got to go, hungry now. Florida keys treat in your own home with fresh items as this, Awsome.

By Bobby G. Bristoe I was stationed on Grand Turk Island for 2 years while I was in the Navy, one of the local delicacies in the Caribbien is Conch Fritters. I am going to make some fritters soon and from a recipe From Grand Turk. this turned out to be more pricy than I originally thought. in a 15 oz can, you get 4.5 oz of conch meat and the rest is water, I paid almost $30.00 for less than a pound of meat. I'll be looking for frozen product locally or from another distributor. Some of the Conch they sell from Amazon is over $100.00 a pound. I don't mind spending $10.00 a pound no more than I will make this, But I can't afford these prices. If you want to pay that much, then by all means go ahead.
