This onion has so much more flavor than grocery store kind. I use it in my home made breads Hodgson Mill 9 Grain Bread Mix, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) and of course in soups, gravies, sauces, salad dressings. Don't forget to rehydrate the onions first before adding them or they will soak up all the liquids in your recipe. I use about one cup of water to one half cup of onions.

This offers so much more flavor than the small containers I used to purchase at the grocery store. I love the tiny minced pieces because I'm able to add a large amount to ground beef (to make grilled burgers, spaghetti sauce, meatloaf, taco meat) and my 8yr old is unable to see them. The onions are more aromatic and slightly sweet. Fantastic.

Packaged in airtight foil, this product came in to me quick and was packed well. I used this product to refill my bulk spice dispenser and it worked nicely. Seems to be of higher quality than the Sam's bought large seasonings.

The picture is misleading. The onions I received were super minced. The picture makes it look like the onions are bigger and more "flake" shaped. I wanted to rehydrate them to be about the size of rice or maybe a hair bigger. Maybe I received the wrong item?

Great product. Highly recommended. Arrives very quickly if you have Amazon Prime, and the packaging is great. If you are into organic products, then this product is intended for you. A little higher cost, but is worth it.
