These are great!Oct 07, 2007
By Rebecca Bandy We first discovered these at Whole Foods market and liked them immediately. There are quite a few varieties that Freeland makes, but this one is our family's favorite, mostly because of the sprouted buckwheat groats. They are high in protein (8 grams!) and very tasty. Perfect for me while I was pregnant and still great now that I am a nursing mom. Buying them from Amazon garners a big savings as these are pricey for a granola bar.

Missing the pointJul 27, 2010
By Paul I think perhaps that some of the previous reviewers are missing the point. These bars are "live" food as they are sprouted and not cooked. Hence they are easier to digest, contain all the natural enzymes that nature intended, and a are naturally wholesome! No they are not super sweet but they taste great nevertheless. In my opinion, it's the best bar out there. I can't stand all the other processed bars. They use lots of sugar to cover the dead and processed taste. And I absolutely love the fact that these bars are free from all the common food allergens!

Probably Good For YouOct 08, 2008
By Elaine S We were expecting these to be a bit different than what we got. They are drier and not sweet. (I actually tend to like things not sweet). I am sure they are probably good for you & they are not the worst bars we have tried. I think for the cost, I wish I enjoyed them more. You get enough bars to last a long time. They'll probably expire before we use them all, though.
Organic Live Go Raw BarApr 30, 2010
By B. M. Fleming Love this bar. It is not sweet like other bars that claim to be healthy for you. When I eat this bar I feel like I am eating healthy. The few raisins, and dates add just a little sweetness to the taste. Perfect for on the go! Wheat free-Nut free-Gluten free-no Cholesterol-no Trans fats
