Don't trust the picture - it shows the entire kit, not what you getMar 03, 2010

Frankly, I'm bothered by Amazon's picture, which I hope they change soon. The current (as I write this) picture shows the entire MS2-KIT MICROSCANNER2 Professional Kit with a lot of components included in the case. Now, I figured it would not include the Microscanner2 device (biggest yellow/blue item), but I (wrongly) assumed it would include everything else, including the probe (long yellow item). But all you get is the six small remote identifiers in a ziploc bag. No case, probe, documentation or anything.
Assuming you have a Microscanner2, you can plug these items into multiple outlets, and when you plug the Microscanner2 into a patch panel port, it will show you the ID number printed on the remote identifier. That is a much faster way to identify what patch port goes where. But the price seems expensive for just the remote identifiers. I was willing to pay that assuming I was getting the tonner. So I'm pretty unhappy with Amazon right now.
So if you did what I did, and thought you could buy this kit and a Microscanner2 and end up with the same contents as the MS2-KIT MICROSCANNER2 Professional Kit, you will be sad. Avoid this and get the MS2-KIT MICROSCANNER2 Professional Kit instead. I'm feeling pretty screwed right now...
