i have been using flax hull lignans now for about 4 months at the suggestion of my vet. i was amazed to see how my dog responded to it. she had a lame leg which is now working almost perfectly and she does not drink and urinate as often as before. it is like a miracle to see how active and healthy she is now. my vet is thrilled.

If you decide that Lignans could be benificial to you this seems to be the easiest way to get them. I take them myself daily and will continue for the future. I began giving them to my wife after she was diagnosed with lung cancer and did chemo for a year without much success. It wasn't the only thing I gave her but she survived for 4 1/2 years. I wish that they would be more specific about how to take it. I mixed it in cereal for a long time but I thought it made the cereal taste different. One day I mixed it in orange juice and liked it much better.
