"Formerly Belacane"
There are three of us in the family and we all like citrus foods, key lime cheesecakes, lemon meringue pie, etc. So I thought these would be a winner. But they are like puffballs (I was expecting a flat cookie, like ginger snaps are), coated in powdered sugar, and they have a distressingly papery flavor to them. Like small paper balls coated in lime-flavored sugar.
And they were so expensive!
But the tin is nice and my son is using it to keep Legos in.

A coworker of mine bought these at Filenes Basement one year and that was it for me, I feel in love with this cookie! Its the perfect snack and not overly sweet.

I was looking for a cookie reminiscent of Sunshine's Lemon Coolers. This one is maybe even better. The cookies are super fresh, sweet and tart at the same time and wonderfully crunchy.

I cannot stop eating these delicious cookies!!! The other flavors are just as good. I highly recommend this cookie to the person who loves the flavor of lime! My family fights over them!

I really wanted to like these cookies. The TV show, "Unwrapped", made them look sooo good. However, my family was gravely disappointed. They arrived in a huge paint can with a tiny little foil bag inside. When we took our first bite it was like eating a dry, breaded piece of citrus candy. A unique flavor, but not one our family appreciated.
