They are just like what I used to make....saves time and money. Do wish they were packed in smaller amounts in stead of 72 for the average household user!

These are super delicious, and I bought mine over 3 months ago. They're still fresh and tasty. I tried making homemade cannoli shells- what a disastrous waste of time? I consider myself a good cook, but Ferrara has done all the work for me. I love that I can enjoy my favorite desert with "0" effort, and all my guests are impressed. The only issue is that these come in bulk, so be prepared to eat cannolis for a long time.

These cannoli shells are fantastic. Haven't found a damaged one yet and they are delicious.

I grew up in an Italian neighborhood, so maybe it's not fair to compare these shells to what I'm used to from the local bakeries. But I'm finding them to be a little too thick. Cannoli shells can't be too delicate or they will fall apart in your hands while filling or eating them. But to me, these Ferraro shells cross over the line into being too thick, and that detracts from the experience.
And I also don't find them to be as tasty as other shells. They don't taste bad, but the flavor of the shells is very neutral. I'm used to shells that bring a little bit of zesty flavor to the cannoli party.
Since Amazon only sells them in these multi-unit packs, maybe they'll grow on me as I work my way through them.

I make my own Cannoli cream but shells are a different story. These shells are the best. Unlike some thick shells you find when dinning out or in a grocery stores ready made cannoli, these shells are thin and crisp. They are packaged perfectly to prevent breakage and keep a long time if stored properly.
