Feldkamp Three-Grain Bread , 16.75-Ounce Vacuum Packs (Pack of 12)
Feldkamp three-grain bread is made from whole kernel rye, whole rye flour, oat kernels, barley kernels, linseed, iodized salt, sesame, yeast and it comes in vacuum packing. The Feldkamp brand has been marketed more towards the specialty food markets and natural food stores as opposed to the larger supermarket chains. It is also more consistent in regards to retail price across the board. On the international front Feldkamp has profited from the trend towards traditionally made products, being a healthy, 100 percent Natural addition to the Mestemacher umbrella.

I was born in Switzerland and miss the "real" bread . All Feldkamp breads make a good substitute.Product has a long shelvelife and is vacuumsealed.
Another slice, pleaseAug 01, 2014

Put this in a toaster or microwave to heat it a bit, and dab on some cream cheese or butter and you will feel like you are in heaven. I eat dense breads for my medical needs and this product is wonderful complement to plain rye. It allows me to have variety. The texture is a bit softer than plain rye and the flavor is full. Yummy. And the packaging is amazing. I can buy ahead and it is always great upon opening even months later. I find I can store this at room temperature in an opened package for 7 days without any mold.

Absolutely love this bread! Reminds me of Germany! I purchase it by the case since it has a long shelf life.
Great source of carbs and fiberDec 25, 2012

This is a great bread to eat before a workout.
I like it toasted with cream cheese, brie or egg.
It is true it falls apart easier than other kinds, may be because it doesn't have as much gluten. There is no wheat in it, only barley, oats and rye, so its good if you are trying to lose weight.
Gave several to my friends and they really liked it.
