My wife is alergic to chocolate so I make COROB cakes for her insted. Taste is close to that of chocolate (and I belive better for you) I also use carob powders to make drinks for her. Will be ordering more cake mixes real soon. Charlie

Made the carob cake for holiday family gathering, one of several dessert choices. The vegetarian/healthy eaters loved it and the thoughtfulness of the alternative to chocolate for them. They topped it with organic caramel sauce. I was a little disappointed by the very short expiration date on the bottom of each box, but otherwise pleased.
