5My cat is 18yrs old and finicky as ever LOVES THIS !!!Sep 11, 2011
By S. Tristan "Lil country girl in the BIG city"
I have a 18yr old cat getting very picky bout what she will eat and losing weight(wouldn't eat friskies or nine live anymore)..I started to feed her fancy feast and she is eating pretty good again and not losing anymore weight and is more active. This seems to be one of her favorites. Lot better price than in stores and shipped to my door every month. Thanx AMAZON!!

5Tasty, low-carb food for diabetic catsMay 24, 2011
By Terry "TCinSATX"
We recently switched my daughter's diabetic cat to low carb, wet cat food and Fancy Feast Savory Salmon Feast is by far her favorite! We had no problems at all switching her from her dry, prescription cat food to Fancy Feast low-carb varieties.

I am not a vet, but my daughter's cat had been on insulin for about 7 years and was beginning to have other problems associated with her diabetes. After doing a lot of research, I came upon information about home blood glucose testing and feeding only wet, low-carb cat food. After following careful directions, we made the switch and amazingly, the cat is now in remission! No insulin at all! And her vet, who wasn't a proponent of home testing before, is as surprised and delighted as we are. (Don't attempt this switch on an insulin dependent cat without a lot of research and information and guidance. diabeticcatcare dot com is a great place to start.)

I now have switched all of my cats to the low-carb varieties of Fancy Feast after learning about the dry food/diabetes connection, and my cats all prefer this Savory Salmon Feast, too. They will eat the other varieties in a pinch, but they are always enthusiastic about the salmon. I use the Subscribe and Save option since I have a lot of cats and it is less expensive and I am never running out to the store late at night in search of cat food.

2Cat loves the food, but all of my Fancy Feast subscriptions have been unreliable.Mar 18, 2009
By NYShopaholic
My cat loves Fancy Feast catfood. However, all five of the Fancy Feast subscriptions I signed up for have been unreliable. Im October, I signed up for delivery every two months and received shipments only in October and December (it's now March 18, but I canceled all of my subscriptions yesterday). What was supposed to be 48-can cases Amazon turned into 24-can cases, with one flavor being canceled entirely. I was notified by Amazon that shipments would be sent in mi-February, but they never arrived.

5Happy cat, happy cat personOct 17, 2010

My very selective cat has eaten Facncy Feast Savory Salmon Feast Classic since she went off the nipple. I live in West Marin in northern California and I have to drive 48 miles round trip to keep a stock for her. I resented that, but now our cat and I are reconciled because I have establshed a standing order with Amazon.Com and both of us are as content as puppies. Noos

5This is the cat's favorite.Oct 05, 2009

I am pleased that we can get this by the pack at a good price. Retail stores in my area only have mixed packs - this doesn't help us as this Savory Salmon Feast is the only one my Mom's cat will eat! He approves of this purchase as well but he wishes that he could have more than a can-a-day.
