Great for Sausage Making or Cooking!May 15, 2009

Amazon will send you a case of small plastic bags of spice. Each of these many small plastic bags has enough spice inside to make 25 pounds of sausages. The spice is good for seasoning steaks and such as that. As a spice product I would actually rate it as a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. Jupiter Optimus Maximus, Mercury, and Mars only know how tasty this product is! If you buy spice in bulk, or make sausages in quantity, I can certainly recommend it.
