Closet To the Real ThingMar 08, 2007
By Freestyle Pete Just wanted to say that this bread in taste and texture is closet in taste and texture with real bread. I use it to make grilled cheese, frenche toast and in lots of other sandwiches and it tastes great. There is nothing like being able to eat a cheeseburger on bread again after being Gluten intolerant the past two years.

deliciousApr 05, 2008
By Helen Miller This is one of my favorite gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy-free breads. It tends to crumble easily so must be handled gently. It freezes well and doesn't need to be thawed before toasting.

Good but there's better...Jul 16, 2008
By Best Busy Boys My son tolerates this bread but we've found that it is dryer than some of the other Ener-G Loaves. It was slightly cheaper than some of the others as well... It is better for toast than sandwiches.

WOW! I am so suprised. I have tried a few differant kinds of GF breads, because my husband can't eat gluten. I being a bread eater found almost all that I tried to be un-ediable and uterly repulsive. BUT this bread was good, so good in fact I went and dubble checked to see if it was GF because I thaught I might have mistakenly ordered the wrong thing. Then (now this is the really supriseing part), I went back for more. I had two slices of thoast. It smells like bread, feels like bread (maybe just a little gain-y), and taste just like bread. I can't wait for my husband to try it.
