Enjoying the italian spices. I had purchased this item previously from a local store, so I was aware of what to expect. The local store no longer stocks the item, so I was happy to find it on Amazon. The item was promptly delivered as described.

I take any bread, or leftover rolls that have gotten a little hard, or not to fresh add olive oil and Emeril's Italian essence,toast it in
the toaster oven, and according to my grand kids it makes the best croutons ever.

LOVE IT! I make marinara sauce with it and it's the perfect blend of spices. Even when using canned tomatoes as my base, it tastes so much more fresher than jarred sauces. I only wish it were sold in local stores. I shared a jar with a friend and now have her and my daughter hooked on using Emeril's Italian!!

I love Emeril's Italian Essence! It makes store-bought sauce taste positively homemade. I get compliments on my sauce like I stood over the stove for hours making it. I highly recommend this seasoning to anyone who likes Italian food...and doesn't have the time to make it from scratch. Enjoy!
