I drink decaf only and only used whole beans. I was pleasantly surprised at how great this coffee taste. I have a four cup Mr Coffee maker and it made a wonderful pot of coffee. Over the years I have tried many many different decaf whole bean coffee. This is one of the best!!

If you are tired of all the fancy coffees and want a rich, mellow cup of joe that reminds you of those lazy mornings curled up on the sofa - 8:00 is IT!! I need the decaf and I prefer to grind my beans fresh - but you won't find a better cup using any of their products - full flavor without any bitterness - ENJOY!!

If you are used to an organic water processed french roast decaf, don't try this coffee!! I tried the Eight OClock Decaf beans based on good reviews here (and elsewhere admittedly) and was completely disappointed. I felt that it lacked taste, body, aroma and that it had what I can only describe as a slightly bitter, metallic taste. I drink my coffee black with no milk or sugar. I guess coffee really is an individual thing!

Purchased this because we switched to Decaf on doctor's recommendation.. Signed up for the bi-monthly automatic shipment plan. The coffee is great, the plan ISN'T!!! One shipment and then messages stating temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know when, etc. etc....
Finally cancelled... Don't know why AMAZON offers something and then can't deliver... This is definitely not the norm... Would have been only one or two stars, but the coffee is good.
