I am so glad I bought these. With an online coupon and subscribing, the price was comparable to what I would pay per bag of regular pasta Rotelli at the store but these are organic and have more flavor. I love having the bulk box, as whenever I need to make a quick dinner for my kids, I know that I can always use these. My kids favorite dish is a pasta mixture but many times in the past they've asked me to make it and I couldn't without making a trip to the store.

I mixed this pasta with a can of green beans in about ten minutes, the texture was perfect, it was a quick and healthy dish for someone who works overnights and just wants to go to bed but is hungry! Highly recommended! And I truly enjoy subscribing to food! Hardly have to think about groceries anymore!

I love veggie pasta,but our local stores are so inconsistant with carrying it.So when I saw the reviews on Amazon for this,I decided to try it.I ordered 2 cases,one of the Rotelli,and another kind.Well,we are addicted to it in this house.It is by far the best veggie pasta,and as a Sicilian,I would even venture to say one of the Best pasta's out there period.Awesome product!

This noodle holds up well during cooking and keeps flavor. I try to not cook it the full time since it looses its color a bit at the end of the cooking time. Have used in hot dishes and cold pasta salad.
