5Good Quality Paprika.Feb 02, 2012
By Michael Souther "MSE"
I love Paprika for cooking. I do quite a bit of home Barbeque and most rubs and mops use a lot of Paprika and they need to be fresh. Paprika just adds a lot of color and good mild pepper taste. The Durkee is nice and fresh. Where I live there are very few stores that carry enough Paprika so I have to order it and it has always been really good. Priced right as well.

5Tasty sweet PaprikaFeb 12, 2011

I use a lot of Paprika in some of my recipes and buying at my local market is extremely expensive. So I was happy to find a good quality sweet Paprika available in large sizes.

Good sweet taste and brick red color - exactly what I wanted. Will buy again.

5Nice deep red color, great flavorSep 29, 2010
By Once in a while
This is really good quality paprika. It has the deep red color you look for when garnishing things like deviled eggs, and a fresh sweet pepper taste.

Paprika is essential for for rubs and seasoning in barbecuing. And if you do a lot of it, you'll appreciate having it on hand in quantity like this.

It's also great on roasts, in stews and soups, and with dozens of other things.

It's interesting how many people see paprika and think "hot pepper," but paprika isn't hot at all. It adds a nice touch of sweet pepper flavor, not hot.
