I was so happy to find this on Amazon, in bulk. I use it frequently when I cook...on vegetables & fruit, in stews...everything. Also makes a great salad dressing. Yum.

I'm not sure if it's because the juice is organic, but the stuff is light brown like a spoiled lime. I've never seen lime juice any other color than light green.
