These muffins have a very good flavor for a mix and are easy to prepare. I often add extra ingrediants (because I like to do that with mixes) but even straight, the flavor is excellent. The 12-pack is a great value, too, because these muffins often sell for $4 a box at the grocery store.

I just mixed up a batch of these muffins and they are delicious. They're fairly low in calories, at 120 per muffin but I mixed in a handful of walnuts just to add texture. They turned out wonderfully! Sweet, but not too sweet. The whole family loves them!
