Worst cookie mix EVER. I picked up a box of this crap from Whole Foods, and I regret it. The cookies came out flat as a board. Pita bread has more volume and moisture.
If you do have some of this stuff, I suggest refrigerating the cookie dough before scooping onto a cookie sheet and baking.
Whatever you do, DO NOT FOLLOW THE BAKING TIMES. They are off by about 10 minutes--I basically made wafers. The only reason they weren't burnt was because I decided to peak in the oven early. Thank goodness.
