Description:

Rich cake laced with ginger, cinnamon and molasses flavors, baked and topped with Vanilla Icing. Everything included in one kit to make a gourmet dessert for two. Including one package Gingerbread Cake Mix, one package of ready to spread Vanilla Icing and 2 Porcelain Cups. Xcell International Corporation created its very own niche in the gourmet coffee industry with the introduction of its unique four compartment jar featuring gourmet coffee accents. Quality creamer and flavoring combinations in the four cell jar was a notably different offering, and the overwhelming market reception led to the addition of sugar sprinkles and gourmet seasonings and spices to the family of multi compartment jars. A natural progression into gourmet dessert lines featuring Mousse, Cheesecake, Crème Brulee, Ice Cream and Cookie Kits, Funnel Cake, Molten Lava Cake and Cupcake and Frosting Mixes has been testimony to success through innovation and quality.

4Good giftOct 16, 2010
By PA Hill Lady
I bought one of these for me and 3 more as gifts last Christmas. They taste good, are easy to make and when your done you have cups to use for more cake or coffee. It made for a nice gift to add to a basket of other things. The down side and why I didn't give it 5 stars is the cost for the amount of cake you get. First the cake didn't rise as high above the cups as the picture on the front shows and it was 2 single servings. A cake mix from the store put into cups would have produced more and been cheaper. But the point was to send a gift and for that they worked well. I got back good comments from those who received them.
