I love this mix and I am a big Creme Brulee fan so I can testify to the taste. It's like having a restaurant quality dessert in your home. It's really simple to make and comes out great. You definately need a torch to do the carmelizing sugar on top or else it's not worth it, that's the best part!

Love the mix, especially chocolate. Great, yummy product. However, was very disappointed to receive a case of products with an expiration date of only 2 months out!!!!!! Although I wanted the case/make it frequently, certainly not THAT frequently. Maybe expiration dates should be listed before you buy so you can check it in case you don't plan to use it all at once. Certainly I wouldn't have bought the case if I had know it was going to expire so soon.
