Description:

Since 1886 we have liked our pasta to be bronze drawn and slowly dried because we like it to fall into the plate full of taste, rough and always "al dente". Even though our taste has not changed, as we feel the same love for tradition, we have continued to improve our production technologies.

Features:

Rachhette are 0.177" high and 0.038" and 1.042" thick.

Please note: the date printed on the box is the production date. First 3 digits refer to the Julian Date (001= Jan 1, 365 = Dec 31), next two digits are the year. Shelf life is three years from production date.

We did not like this at all. I was disappointed. The pasta pieces are so small and dense. We will not be ordering this again.

5Great with alfredoJun 29, 2010
By J. Shawn Wyckoff
I bought it because my daughter wanted to eat little tennis rackets. I served it al-dente with sun-dried tomato alfredo with rendered genovetta hot salami. I have made the same dish numerous times before but usually with Barilla's Pipette Rigate. The Racchette shape provides excellent hold for the sauce, much like Rotelle, but it holds much more because of the smaller spaces.

4A Very Fun Pasta for those who love TennisMay 02, 2009
By B Mellin
I saw Martha Stewart prepare this with cheese and asparagus! I prepared her online recipe for my friends who play tennis and also sent a box to others. I think one needs to boil longer than expected just so that it is tender.
