They look like a small flat and thin tagliatella; they are a thinner version of linguine. Linguine is best paired with fresh tomato based sauces with vegetables and herbs, or with quick hot sauces made with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, red hot peppers and anchovies. Since 1886 we have liked our pasta to be bronze drawn and slowly dried because we like it to fall into the plate full of taste, rough and always "al dente". Even though our taste has not changed, as we feel the same love for tradition, we have continued to improve our production technologies. | | | Features: | |

Best PastaSep 21, 2010
By K. benford I only use the DeCecco brand for over 10 years. It cooks up perfect every time and can with stand all types of sauces, hearty and light. I have tried other brands and they do no even come close to the quality of DeCecco. When my store stopped carrying it I just bought from Amazon of course.
