I've been enjoying this pasta for years. I like to get the biggest nutritive bang that I can, and this product certainly delivers. The taste is great, and any sauce that I've tried works. Be careful not to overcook as organic pasta softens faster than others.

I really like this Pasta. I actually like it better then any other pasta I can get right now. Often I mix this half and half with the spinach pasta and I feel as if I am getting a meal that is good for me. This is always easy to digest, so there is never any problems there. I get a little boost of energy and not so drug down by the chemicals that we find in so many of the foods today. At least that is the way I see it.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. I will update this when Amazon finally changes the description, it blows my mind that something so important wasn't fixed in a more timely manner.

love this brand & flavor of pasta once bought it bulk at the local health food stores then was no longer in bulk ...saw it on here in the subscribe & save .. love that you all have this here ... great pasta ... being angel hair it cooks fast & the just in a few minutes or less ...

Not only does this pasta taste great, but it takes not time at all to cook and matches well with any sauce you pair it with. So far I have tried alfredo, tomato sauce and even spaghetti carbonara and they all taste wonderful. The garlic is very subtle so it does not interfere with the taste of whatever you sauce it with. This pasta even reheats well in case you make too much and have to eat leftovers. I will be reordering this again very soon as my supply has almost run out and it is very hard to find tasty and affordable organic pasta.
