I ordered this pasta for a friend who is gluten intolerant. It's NOT GLUTEN FREE- so I ate it, and really liked it. If you're looking for something gluten free, keep looking.

I discovered DeBoles pasta years ago when only available in health food stores. Delicious! My friend says this is the only pasta that her diabetic daughter can eat without a sugar spike.

I heard about Jerusalem artichoke flour pasta on the Dr. Oz show and was really excited. I am a type-2 diabetic who loves pasta but can't eat a large serving of regular pasta without my blood sugar going sky high. So I bought a box and gave it a try. With this pasta I can eat a large serving and my blood sugar stays much lower. Furthermore, it has a great taste, just like regular pasta. It is the only pasta I will be eating from this point forward. I just received a 12-pack of it today. I highly recommend this pasta even if you are not a diabetic. Enjoy!

We really enjoy De Boles Angel Hair pasta. It isn't heavy and it is very tasty. My kids are picky and this is the best product we have found to appease their request for quick and easy pasta.

This pasta was mentioned on a very popular TV program so I decided to give it a try. My husband is pre-diabetic and has trouble eating "white" foods. He can eat this pasta without the worry of elevated glucose levels. We love pasta and this has solved a big problem for our household. The flavor and texture is excellent also. I have given some to friends and they all like it very much. This may not work for all diabetic issues but it has worked for him. Whole grain pastas also work well for him also but I do not like them so am thrilled with this pasta.
