I had ordered the spaghetti & it was wonderful, so I ordered the pasta. I knew it was coming in a "bulk" order, but I didn't expect it just thrown in a box! It comes in a large cardboard shipping box. When I opened it, there was a flimsy plastic bag with the 10 lbs of pasta. No advertising, no individual boxes. The bag was ripped in several places and the pasta fell all over like those annoying packaging peanuts! I like the product, but I just didn't know I was going to have to find several storage bags to keep it in. Just be aware!

I have these noodles on a set order basis, they are very good, easy to cook, clean and in whole shapes (not broken). I would highly recommend this product as I have no complaint whatsoever. I have been getting them for around a year and have been happy with each shipment.

i Love pasta, but it is fattening. This pasta is delicious and has no starch to turn to sugar and then fat. It is made with artichoke flour. Dr. Oz has said it is the pasta he eats all of the time. Not only is it good for you, but it tastes exactly like the white flour pasta. You can eat it with sauce and also butter and parmesian cheese and it is amazing. You can also add it to your soups, and it will be great tasting and less than half the calories of the white flour pasta per bowl. I will order this again,and again. I just wish they had it in a smaller box, but the pasta is wonderful. It also comes in angel hair pasta and fettachini. I would recommend this to all the pasta lovers who don't want to get fat. It arrived on time, was packaged securely. I will use this vendor again.

Jerusalem Artichokes have so many health benefits, so why not get those while getting your pasta fix? The shells aren't my favorite, but if I need an emergency supply of pasta, I am not going to starve.

Texture was acceptable. Not too mushy. Not to hard. Taste was OK. Better than rice, corn etc... I would recommend it.
