I felt like I had to leave a review. This is the best vanilla cake mix ever. I bought a box in a local close-out store, too, and I'm going to buy a few boxes off of the interwebs. That's how good it is. I am searching for this mix on the internets instead of buying the usual store brands.
To the person who gave this one star, you must have done something wrong.

"doetsch fan"
There is no actual vanilla flavor in the cake. It just takes like plain cake. It also has a texture similar to cornbread. It baked well and held its shape. It tasted much better with a can of Betty Crocker vanilla frosting.

"Recycled Legacy"
What a surprise to pick up a cake mix randomly and have it turn out to be wonderful! This cake was so good. I topped it with the recipe for simple Buttercream frosting on the box and it was Divine.
